A friend tried hosting a multiplayer game and another friend was able to join him, yet I couldn't from my pc or a 2nd account/pc I also have. Any help would be very appreciated.

Is this why I can't join my friend's multiplayer game? it says no connection could be made, yet another friend was able to join his map. Any help would be appreciated.
