If you just save your game, exit & reload game save, it fixes it if you don't want reset it to your farm & drive it back to wherever you're using it

After grass is cut, you need to go over it with Tedder. After that it is hay & you can bale it. Milk truck came twice a day in the Farming Simulator 2013 so I'm imagining it is the same in 15.

In FS13 Milk truck came at 8am & 6pm, each day.

You can adjust cruise control levels on vehicles.

Yeah. Mine is on Normal mode. The Mowing missions worked for me in FS13 so I'm sticking with it while crops grow & it gives me time to save up for new equipment for next harvest. Haven't done the Demand ones yet & I've heard about that money glitch. Kinda wanna stear clear of that like you.
