Can't buy more equipment-- 2013

How many Mods can I use in the game for PC ? My current save of Westbridge Hill has eleven Mods and when attempting to purchase additional, such as new header for combine receive message.......... "No more space. Remove the purchased items first"

What steps can I take to change this?

This is a Error from the mod himself.
Only perfect convertet Mods are run perfect.
Please post your log.txt, Link in my Signature, and we will see whats going wrong.
