Are the slot counts held back in hopes console players will blindly purchase?

If slot count is such an important issue for you, wait with purchase until you know more.
It’s not that hard.

I’d say the slot count will be high as the new DLC’s will be “FS21 proof”.

I don't think anyone is "blindly" purchasing anything. You know exactly what is in the pack and slot counts are likely to be similar to the Class DLC etc.

If someone is "blindly" purchasing anything then they've only got themselves to blame if they get ripped off. Chris had previously mentioned that they were busy with various shows this week and therefore posts in here would be minimal. Just be patient and I'm sure your many many questions on slot counts will be answered.

So you're saying you know exactly what's in the pack, except the requirements to run it.
I know better than to pre-purchase anything fs related, but it doesn't hurt to know all the info. Imagine if they didn't announce FS21 minimum PC specs.

I think that's a bit if a leap to try and justify your need to create a problem where there isn't one.
There's enough info available for me to purchase the DLC, slot counts have never been a big factor for me.

If you have a problem with my post then just ignore it. I don't see how asking for memory requirements for the machines is creating a problem.
If you have enough info, then good for you. Maybe others would like the info.
