Wheel Bindings

I have noticed in FS19, a lot of the wheel bindings are un-done to allow you to put in yourself. This is good, however if I wish to have "LB + Y Button" for Beacons for example, it doesn't seem like we can do the bindings like before.

For example, holding down LB would show you the keys that would activate when holding either of the Left bumpers down on my wheel.

When I hold down LB + Y in the bindings, it just recognizes "Y". How do you bind it with 2 keys to activate the chosen key.
