UK/EU looking for unmodded/low mod count server

Hello. I tried some of the servers recommended here, but quickly found that servers with a giant mod list going over 1GB just don't agree with my computer and internet. I'd still like to be able to farm with real people and real banters though, instead of imagining having a conversation with NPCs in my single player farm.

I don't have all DLCs and prefer a more vanilla experience, or with a few QoL mods. I'd even be happy to play with Seasons. Just as long as there aren't too many vehicle and object mods piling up.
