Parsing files to update

It hangs on "Parsing files to update" every time I try to start it. If I wait long enough >15min it comes back with "All servers are down". But it hides that window in the back, so I have to go find it to continue.

I too am still getting this ever since the game released. I have tried reinstalling the newest version and launching the game in update mode but it still happens every time I launch the game. The launcher takes 5 minutes or more before it finally says there are no update servers available.

Still no help for Giants on resolving this. They just don't seem to care.
