First Modern tractor?

What would you consider to be the first modern tractor?
My vote would have to go to the Massey-Ferguson 35 equipped with Ferguson's three point, optional diff lock, live/pto hydraulics and powered by the Perkins a3.125 standard while American tractors still had diesel engines as an option.
Although the fe35 predates the mf35 it still had the hydraulics dependent on the pto shaft. I don't know if the 35 deluxe had live hydraulics, if so than it takes my vote instead despite having diesel as an option rather than standard.
Also we discuss what is the criteria for a modern tractor is.
