Sugarcane processing inactive

Hi, I’ve pretty much filled the Sugar Processing plant with sugarcane but the Production list just shows it as “inactive”
Is this aspect of sugarcane farming not yet operational?

I think you just have to activate it...

Ha! I cannot believe I missed that big "Activate" button.
I don't even remember deactivating it.
