Vehicle configuration issue

Hello, I have the problem that I can no longer configure my vehicles.
I can no longer open the configuration menu, whenever I click on Configure nothing happens
Can anyone help me?

Have you installed any mods recently? If so try removing them and see does it fix the issue.
