Xbox One controller un-binding

Hello All,

On my game (PC) I am using an Xbone elite controller. I have used it for FS17 with no issues. It still currently works properly with every other game I own (both on PC and Xbone), other than FS19. My issue is that, whenever I'm in a vehicle, and I use the modifier (LB) with any direction on the right stick, it un-binds the right stick from my camera, and I have to unplug and reply the controller to get control of my camera back. Any ideas?
