NewLands Multiplayer Sync 99%

My friend keeps getting stuck when trying to load the newlands map on our mulitplayer save, issue started happening after we sold the Recycleable collectables on the map and did a restart

his log keeps giving this error though not sure if its the right one or not if anyone has a recomendation would greatly appreciate it
