worker can't plow new field

Hi!

I'm plowing a ground(planted grass and i want to reclaim it for crops) then i hired a worker and no matter what combination i use he just won't create new field....he takes off and stop 4 seconds later...kind of annoying....i can plow new field by myself but worker won't...tried everything....side of the blade, lower the plow for him then hire, he simply won't create new field(Yes i hit O to create field(....don't want to spent an 1hour and a half plowing.....Thanks for help!

You have to create new fields by yourself. (How should your helper know how large the field should be? He will always stop when he recognizes a border or outside a field.)
