I host a 24/7 UK Based server and have players in Finland and Sweden getting 30ms ping, and people in the Uk getting 10 to 20ms!
We run a select number of mods including the IT Runner pack and the Holmer Pack.

Steam Group with links to all mods used and details of field to crop allocations.... most are free to play how you like.

User Permissions are: Seperate Accounts / Hired Workers allowed / Reset Vehicles Allowed.
Game Features:
- We run a Limited Equipment Set to ensure that everyone has something to use and synchronisation is as quick as possible.
- 1 Windmill so we have to work for our income.
- Goal to chop down / chip and stump all the trees.... Previous server was killed due to a tree glitch... so revenge must be had!!
- 300 Head of Cows so plenty to keep you busy.
- Pigs and Sheep to keep tended.
- Server runs at 1x so work done does not disappear in a moment.
We are looking for mature players who want a relaxed place to come and play how you want without trolling the server for others.
