Pilot control mod

So I'm looking and cant find any mods for pilot controls, for those who dont know the john deere 324G have them. Left stick is forward/reverse/left/right, right stick is boom up and down, and bucket tilt. Anyone know of a mod like this or can it be done. I'm using controller in game. I hate pressing LB to control everything other than steering

If youre on Pc i would think you could possibly set the keybindings to do that

I use controller I'll try and to get them to bind to the sticks
