[PS4] Planters freeze up when buying them with DLC

I bought the dlc and the planters freeze up when I go to buy them what should I do I’m on ps4

If you are on pc could you post your log when the problem happens again.
Sorry I don't know how to do it myself or know the link to the instructions.
Running on A refurbished 1.2k hp laptop which the graphics chip likes to crash (when playing fs22).
