No longer have access to the Premium Expansion

After this recent update it says I don't own the Premium Expansion when I clearly do. It was working perfectly fine yesterday but now when I try to load my savegame it says I need to install it even though it says its installed on the xbox app (where i purchased it) but I also noted it doesnt say I have it anymore in the modhub because when I go to modhub it says for me to buy it now and tries to take me to the website to buy it again. The premium expansion is the only dlc I own also. I am playing the game on xbox game pass on pc. Please Fix. I love your guys game and I really want to play it more.
