Giants Editor launch problem

Hy everybody!

I have a big problem because I installed a Giants Edtor for my computer. After the install I tried run an application but it's not working. I see in a task manager but I dont use it.
This problem appeared after the game was updated.
I reinstalled an another drive but this isn't fix it... And delete folder in appdata/local but that didn't solve it either
My computer installed a Windows 11 and my graphics card RTX 4070Ti

Pls help me because this is a very annoying bug
