How do you put butter, cheese, eggs etc on train?

Either with anything that can attach pallet forks, (or already have them on) like forklifts, telehandlers, tractor with front loader - or just Super Strength, which is on Mod Hub in several different mods.
Or have a trailer with Autoload mod, drive next to the train cart and unload on to the train.
Been playing WAAAAY to many hours - PC with Logitech G27 and Thrustmaster Simtask Farmstick

Ok ty was trying to load by car I thought it would overload like flour.
