How to have a specific MOD created?

Greetings. I am new to the game and loving FS2013. With the mods, it makes things even more interesting. I do not have the ability or understanding to create them but wondering if there are any people out there who I could ask about creating some specific mods of older machinery I grew up using. Any and all responses would be appreciated. Thanks!
